I. Totstandkoming van een overeenkomst met Chem aXIS

1. Analyserapporten en andere beschrijvingen van goederen in analysecertificaten, catalogi, technische paspoorten of andere ingediende productdocumenten zijn slechts globaal bindend, tenzij uitdrukkelijk als verplicht vermeld. Zij vormen geen overeenkomst of garantie met betrekking tot de betreffende hoedanigheid van de goederen. Al het overige is uitsluitend van toepassing indien de Chem Axis bedrijfsleider de productbeschrijving uitdrukkelijk omschrijft als een garantie of overeenkomst met betrekking tot de juridische en feitelijke aard en dit schriftelijk aan de klant overbrengt.

2. Chem Axis behoudt alle eigendomsrechten en auteursrechten met betrekking tot alle voorsteldocumenten. Dergelijke documenten mogen niet aan derden worden verstrekt.

3. Bestellingen in Chem Axis vrijblijvend. De terughoudendheid van Chem aXIS met betrekking tot voorstellen, bestellingen, eisen of andere door de klant verstrekte uitleg wordt alleen als goedkeuring toegepast indien dit uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk is overeengekomen. Elke in elektronische vorm opgemaakte orderbevestiging die niet is voorzien van een handtekening en naam wordt als schriftelijke vorm beschouwd.

4. Als de klant eenzijdig is geannuleerd door de klant of een bestelling, een deellevering, eenzijdig is geannuleerd door de klant, moet de klant vergoeden Chem Axis voor alle kosten die zijn ontstaan als gevolg van de annulering, ontbinding van de overeenkomst; dit geldt in het bijzonder voor annulerings- of ontbindingskosten die in rekening zijn gebracht aan Chem Axis voor levering, kosten voor de aankoop van goederen die niet kunnen worden geretourneerd, en alle overige uitgaven die in rekening zijn gebracht aan Chem Axis tijdens contractbeheer en opzegging, zoals griffierechten, kosten, verzendkosten, enz.

II. Leveringsvoorwaarden

1. Als de klant niet uitdrukkelijk aandringt op een bepaalde leveringsmethode, is het type levering naar keuze van Chem Axis , inclusief vervoer en keuze van de koeriersdienst. Levering kan per lucht-, spoor-, zee- of wegtransport plaatsvinden.

3. Terugzending van goederen en de bijbehorende creditnota zijn alleen mogelijk met instemming van Chem Axis en moet altijd voldoen aan Chem Axis instructies voor het retourneren van benodigdheden. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van deze instructies. Dit geldt in het bijzonder voor de herziening van de toepasselijke wettelijke bepalingen met betrekking tot de aflevering en verpakking van gevaarlijke goederen. Alle verplichtingen voor de levering van Chem Axis zijn onderworpen aan de beperking “zolang de voorraad strekt.” Daarom, Chem Axis kan zich uit de overeenkomst terugtrekken als de beschikbare voorraad is uitgeput.

III. Levertijd

1. Leveringsvoorwaarden en termijnen zijn niet bindend tenzij deze uitdrukkelijk als bindend zijn vermeld.

4. Bij vertraging in de levering heeft de klant het recht om zich van het contract terug te trekken na het vruchteloos verstrijken van een redelijke verlenging van 4 weken met de weigering om de prestatie die hij heeft geleverd te accepteren Chem Axis na de vertraging in de levering.

5. In het geval van feestdagen (bijvoorbeeld Kerstmis, Pasen, Chinees Nieuwjaar, enz.) kan de vertraging groter zijn.

IV. Prijzen en betaling

V. Overgang van het risico

1. Especially those Chem Axis products cannot be used for the diagnosis and production of food and pharmaceutical products in medical devices, as well as cosmetic products.

2. Chem Axis does not check products for safety and efficacy of food products, pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, cosmetics, as well as commercial or other purposes, unless otherwise stated in the documents transmitted by Chem Axis. Chem Axis directly advises the customer to properly test, use, manufacture and advertise products obtained from Chem Axis, and / or products obtained using Chem Axis . The customer must check the possible risks and hazards and carry out all other potentially necessary research work in order to catch up with the hazards that may arise from the use of products obtained from Chem Axis. The customer must also warn its customers and support personnel (for example, transport operator, etc.) regarding the potential risks and dangers associated with the use or processing of products.

3. Chem Axis products are listed in the Ordinance List for the Prohibition of Chemicals or in other legal ordinances. The customer himself is responsible for complying with legal regulations concerning the handling of substances obtained through Chem Axis.

4. Chem Axis directly advises the customer to check the ingredients of the product provided by Chem Axis.

VII. Warranty Rights and Obligations

1. If you receive any information, please give me your information. The client must describe its defects or justify it through analysis.

2. Chem Axis should be given the right to withdraw from the obstacle. If you need to insure, Chem Axis must be in a reasonable time. Claims for customer compensation are excluded.

IX. export

1. Chem Axis explicitly informs the customer that during export, the delivery goods are subject to the relevant restrictions of the destination country. Chem Axis reserves the right to conduct an internal peer review to determine whether a contract can be executed at Chem Axis ’s discretion. In this regard, the customer may be required to obtain the necessary certificates and submit them to Chem Axis for verification.

2. The customer cannot sell Chem Axis products or provide them to third parties without our consent and agreement.

X. Privacy Protection

Chem Axis collects only the data required for order processing. Chem Axis does not provide information to third parties, authorities or other institutions. Customers can cancel their client account at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter.

 

I. Requirements for clients when entering into an agreement with Chem Axis

1. In order to be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity, we are entitled to request documents for verification.

3. The client knows that chemicals contain hazardous components that can harm human life or health due to their storage or use.

4. The client does not use the obtained chemicals for the illegal production of explosives, pyrotechnic complexes or objects, chemical weapons, drugs and psychotropic substances. He also confirms that he does not use all the chemicals and compounds obtained for the above-mentioned illegal purposes.

5. He has the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge for the use of hazardous substances and the individual responsibility for complying with the safety measures necessary for the storage and use of hazardous chemicals.

If one of these provisions is made legally invalid, the validity of the other clauses will not be affected as a result. In this case, the invalid passage is replaced with a valid condition that is closest to the original intention.
